In accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) regulations, the following is the structured grievance redressal mechanism available to traders or investors for addressing complaints related to the services provided by us as a SEBI-Registered Research Analyst.
Investors are requested to first approach us directly for resolution of any grievance or complaint.

All complaints received at this level shall be acknowledged and resolved within 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt.
If the complaint is not resolved satisfactorily at Level 1, or if no response is received within the stipulated time, the traders or investor may lodge a complaint with SEBI through its centralized grievance redressal system:

SEBI will take up the complaint with the concerned intermediary for redressal.
In the event that the grievance remains unresolved after exhaustion of the SCORES mechanism, the investor may opt for Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) through SEBI-recognized ODR institutions.

Investors are advised to retain records of all communications for reference. Resort to SEBI SCORES and ODR mechanisms should be undertaken only after first approaching the Research Analyst for grievance redressal.
